Career Quest Success is here to assist your efforts through a two-step process.  We utilize Career Direct®, a proven-effective, assessment tool that highlights your attributes that are key factors in successfully selecting a career direction.  With the assessment results, you will meet with your consultant to review the information and identify what career paths are in most alignment with the unique person you are.

Your Consultant
Brian A. Alenskis is your Career Direct® consultant, located in Richmond, Indiana.  He brings to your career quest 18 years of technical and managerial work experience, plus 23 years in higher education.  In the latter role, he served in administration, taught classes, and advised prospective and enrolled students.

Brian is no stranger to the Career Direct® assessment, having taken an early form of it in 1991.  Each of his two children benefited from two Career Direct® assessments (between 1997 and 2003).  Having seen the effectiveness of the approach, he founded Career Quest Success in 2013 and received training as Indiana’s first Career Direct consultant.  He and his wife Roberta have two adult children and five grandchildren.

Confidentiality
All your responses and assessment reports are kept confidential.  That said, you are encouraged to include your spouse, as well as other family members and friends with you during your report review consultation.
